when we have been providing project management and engineering services to the
telecommunications industry. We have worked on many major projects for customers
throughout Europe in the following business sectors:

In October 1996, we launched Westbay Traffic
Calculators, which has since been updated to include tools covering Erlang B, Extended
Erlang B and Erlang C. In April 1999, we launched Ansapoint, a tool
for assisting in the prediction of call center staffing requirements.
Our customers include AT&T, MCI, British Telecom, Siemens, Ericsson and numerous
other carriers and operators of private networks.
